Company Commitment:

• Complying with applicable legal regulations related to our activities is a given for us.

In the area of Quality:

• Present high-quality work to customers and show a willingness to meet customer requirements in full.
• In customer dealings, prioritize courtesy, reliability, and fairness, along with high expertise and thoroughness, always striving for customer satisfaction as a key prerequisite for our long-term success.
• Quality, price, and adherence to agreed deadlines are the criteria by which our customers evaluate us.
• Build long-term supplier relationships with suppliers who guarantee compliance with customer requirements according to applicable legal regulations.

In the area of Environmental Protection:

• Review environmental legal requirements and ensure compliance with them.
• Regulate the impacts of our activities on the environment by regularly reviewing the environmental aspects of our operations.
• Cooperate with suppliers and partners who demonstrate environmentally friendly practices.
• Our prevention of environmental pollution is through the use of technologies, products, and services that are sustainable from an environmental perspective.

In the area of Workplace Safety (BOZP):

• Compliance with workplace safety and health protection requirements is essential for fulfilling work tasks and for the company’s qualitative development.
• Zero incidents and accidents is our permanent goal.
• Consider safety risks and the impact of activities on workplace safety and health protection.
• Our prevention of accidents and incidents is through the use of machines that meet BOZP requirements.

In the area of Information Security:

• Ensure and protect the availability of processes, and the confidentiality and integrity of corporate and third-party information.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory, and contractual security obligations.
• Improve the level of information security by monitoring it, conducting internal audits, providing education, and implementing preventive measures against possible incidents.

Code of Conduct

  1. Purpose
    The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to define the basic rules of conduct for employees of Famis Pro s.r.o.
  2. Responsibility
    All employees are responsible for knowing and complying with this code, company guidelines, and other internal regulations related to their roles and activities.
  3. Reporting Concerns and Misconduct
    Employees may report concerns or misconduct in person or anonymously, in writing or orally, and these reports will be considered strictly confidential under the law and the provisions of the relevant directive.
  4. Honest Conduct
    Employees must act honestly, with integrity, and comply with applicable laws, internal regulations, the provisions of this code, company guidelines, and the company’s sustainability commitments.
  5. Corporate Social Responsibility
    The company aims to contribute to quality economic and social development based on respect for fundamental human and labor rights and environmental protection. Therefore, employees strive to:
    – Maximize their knowledge and that of their colleagues, support development, and value individual contributions to the company’s success;
    – Consider environmental and social behavior and contribute to environmental protection by reducing the direct and indirect impacts of their activities on the environment.
  6. Work Environment, Diversity, and Inclusion
    Employees treat each other with respect and will avoid actions that could harm someone’s dignity. Decisions regarding employees, including their recruitment, employment, training, evaluation, and promotion, are based solely on merit and individual performance and cannot be influenced by factors such as race, ethnicity, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation, marital status, or political opinions.

The company supports the development of individual skills and abilities through appropriate professional training as part of a broader employee development framework. The company recognizes the freedom of association and collective bargaining for its employees. It strictly rejects any form of illegal labor or abuse, as well as any form of forced or compulsory labor and child labor. The company stands against any kind of harassment, bullying, and mobbing.

  1. Workplace
    The company guarantees its employees fair working conditions and provides a safe and healthy environment. Employees are obliged to avoid actions that could endanger their health or safety or that of others. Employees support the company’s efforts to protect the environment and minimize the impact of their work on the environment.
  2. Protection of Assets and Business Data
    The company’s physical assets, including property, equipment, and inventory, must be protected from damage and misuse. Business information, including information obtained in the course of performing tasks on behalf of the company, will be considered confidential. Employees must handle such information strictly confidentially and provide it only to individuals who need to know it or have specific authorization. The same rules apply to all documents containing this confidential information. The obligation to protect the intellectual property of the group continues even after the employee leaves the company.

All business data must be recorded accurately and completely. Records and documents must be available and accessible upon request by authorities or authorized personnel. Records and data, including electronic files and emails, must be retained for the duration required by applicable law and the company’s Records Management Policy.

  1. Personal Data and Privacy
    Access to personal data relating to third parties, whether customers, employees, suppliers, or others, is limited to those who need to know it and must be handled in accordance with the law. The privacy preferences and choices indicated by the owner of any personal data must be respected.
  2. Conflicts of Interest
    A conflict of interest arises when an employee engages in personal activities or relationships that could interfere with their ability to act in the best interests of the company. Employees must be aware of potential conflicts that may arise during day-to-day business activities and must report these conflicts to their supervisor.
  3. Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption
    Employees must conduct their activities in an honest and ethical manner. No form of corruption, including bribery and extortion, is tolerated. In this context, employees must not offer or accept improper payments, gifts, entertainment, or other benefits.
  4. Customer Satisfaction
    Customer satisfaction is a key factor in the company’s growth, enabling it to strengthen and improve its leading position. In relationships with customers, employees are required to act fairly, honestly, openly, and professionally. Employees must always keep the customer’s best interests in mind and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Fair Competition
    Competition must be based on superior products and services and fair business practices. Employees are prohibited from discrediting the competition or its products or services.
  6. Supplier Selection
    In relationships with suppliers, employees are required to act honestly, transparently, and straightforwardly and avoid situations of conflict of interest. The selection of suppliers must be based solely on principles of fair competition and the quality of the products and services offered, in accordance with relevant internal regulations.
